We recommend all our buyers to inspect on-site the lots of interest before making a purchase on ElevaOutlet to personally verify the accuracy of the information gathered on the website, as well as the condition of the equipment they wish to acquire. All equipment described on this website is sold with the imperfections and deficiencies they have, as they are used equipment, and the buyer assumes the consequences of this, with no possibility of claims.
Buyers are expressly notified that any of the items, accessories, elements, machinery, or equipment we sell may not necessarily be approved according to the current regulations in the EU (European Community) or may not comply with applicable regulations on occupational safety for their use during operation. ElevaOutlet Used Lifting Machinery, SL is expressly exempted from any liability in this regard in these Terms of Use and General Conditions. We recommend all users to ensure, under their exclusive responsibility, that the intended use of the acquired goods does not contravene the aforementioned regulations.
Warranties and Returns
All used products for sale on this website are covered by the current Spanish consumer warranty law.
In the event that the used products and/or buyers do not meet the provisions provided in the Spanish Warranty Law, ElevaOutlet will not have any warranty on used products.

Our company is not responsible for damages caused by misuse of acquired items or damages resulting from normal wear and tear due to use.
The customer has 15 business days to exercise their right of withdrawal. This period is for withdrawal and notifying the intention of product return. Once this period has passed without any notification, the money for any item will not be refunded. Before the end of this period, the product amount will be refunded as long as it is returned in the same presentation condition (packaging, labeling, and perfect state of conservation) as it was delivered by ElevaOutlet. However, the customer will be responsible for the return costs of the equipment.
However, changes to any item damaged due to customer misuse will not be accepted. The user must correctly follow the manufacturer's instructions and respect minimum safety measures. Additionally, changes to any item that is not in its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, documentation, and invoice in perfect condition, will not be accepted. Please keep the original packaging throughout the product warranty period.
Return of products will always be at the customer's expense. Only in the case of returns due to manufacturing defects or product defects, ElevaOutlet will cover the re-shipping costs for the new material. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for sending the product to the ElevaOutlet branch where the item was acquired.
In the event that the return is due to reasons beyond ElevaOutlet, the costs incurred for re-shipping will be borne by the buyer.
In the case of a defective product, the seller must proceed, as appropriate, with repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract resolution, actions that will be free of charge for the consumer and user.
Before proceeding with the return of any product, the user must contact ElevaOutlet via email, indicating the reason for the return and a contact phone number. The customer service department of ElevaOutlet will get in touch with the user to agree on the best solution for the return, if that is the best course of action to offer.
